Start button don't change height on big icons with Lunar theme

    Description

      Hi everyone, I'm testing Reactos bootcd-0.4.16-dev-2122-g1628f5e-x86-gcc-lin-dbg. It works fine from the start, it feels smooth, but when I apply the "Lunar" theme, I notice that if I switch to large icons in the taskbar, the Start button doesn't resize to fit the new taskbar height.

      If I leave the icons small, it looks perfect. I've attached screenshots of the problem and a debug file. Thanks in advance.
