BSOD 0x7B when updating release 0.4.14 to 0.4.15 without reinstall

    Description

      I was trying to update ReactOS from 0.4.14 to 0.4.15 without reinstalling and I got this crash. This is in a VirtualBox Virtual Machine since this is a test only operating system. I am not sure what crashed or resulted in this crash. I had the VM set to pretend to be Windows 2000 or Windows XP machine for technical reasons.
