(Regression) >0.4.15 freeldr.sys is unable to do the PXE boot.

ReactOS livecd, bug after 0.4.15 release, following the https://reactos.org/wiki/Building_PXE-ready_ReactOS instructions, of renaming setupldr.sys to freeldr.sys and putting in the TFTP root.

Description of the bug: Trying to do the PXE boot in a local LAN in my MSI U100 clone, it's unable to boot since some change in the 0.4.15 development. Using the old freeldr.sys from 0.4.14 release works.
