Mouse pointer in mspaint dot symbol if rubber or brush tool selected

Regarding paint on ReactOS, when I select the "Rubber" or "Brush" tool (which can be enlarged, also by Ctrl + '+') on ReactOS the mouse pointer is still a dot symbol, while on Paint from winXP the pointer takes on the corresponding surface symbol.
