After chkdsk was fixed to run again, it trashes the disk when run in write mode

    Description

      Chkdsk has never really worked to fix our FAT32 file system. Because of this it was disabled in the past and when the MS fastfat FAT32 driver was added to ReactOS, it would not even start up. This really needs to be fixed and there have been some PR's in the past, but there was never a simple solution.
