Opening a file from a network share returns "Path does not exist"

Steps to reproduce:

• Get a network share to ReactOS that will give you an UNC path
• Pick a file using "Open" dialog, closest example will be the ReactOS Media Player based on Wine

Path does not exist

The file is opened like usual
