Black background in animation during file copying in msi installers

I was running the .Net 2.0 Framework Installer, and the copying files animation, the transparency is messed up.

The black should be transparent, and the pink should be white – At the very end of the animation (Or the start maybe?), it goes to the right colours, transparency is pink but the other parts are correct. Then the next frame it goes back to black and pink.
