Add suport for Windows Runtime (Aka UWP/WINRT) using swarm of AI agents.

Add support for Windows Runtime. It's huge task so the best aproche will be  
loop of swarn of agents add code of missing UWP/WINRT support. Ollama for now is the best provider for long days of debugging.
And opencode ist best free cli for that. https://opencode.ai/

What missing: MS Store + UWP + winrt + appx + msix + any other related code in dlls.
