GINA/SAS status window invisible in Live CD mode

Since the commit 0.4.16-dev-1615-g27e147a by hbelusca the GINA/SAS status window became invisible in certain cases.

Steps to reproduce:

• Boot into Live CD mode
• Start the explorer shell
• Shutdown => Select "Reboot"
• Expected behavior: The shell terminates, GINA shows "Rebooting..." window, the system reboots
• Observed behavior: The shell terminates, and after a while the system reboots without "Rebooting..." window

This can be visible in the installation (stage 2 and 3) as well, but sometimes it shows.
