Thorium Browser does not work, it gives an error when you try to run it

When I try to launch Thorium Browser, which [says it has official Windows XP builds|https://thorium.rocks/winxp/], it winds up failing to run and reports "The procedure entry point AcquireSRWLockExclusive...". Maybe this actually has newer system requirements, but I think it is still worth looking into.
