Description
After update from ReactOS 0.4.1.6 to nightly build (reactos-bootcd-0.4.17-dev-784-g3812a95-x86-gcc-lin-dbg) many programs (including standard Display Properties, RApps, LibreOffice, etc.) started crashing with "The procedure entry point TryAcquireSRWLockExclusive could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32_vista.dll" error.
Display Properties also get specific software exception 0xc015000f (at 0x7c93e657).
Control Panel goes with the same error, but successfully loads.
