[comdlg] incorrectly show name for "new folder"

• Open notepad, type text, save
• In the "Save as" dialog, click on "new folder" button

• Change the "default" text to something different (here: "test")

• Enter this new folder (double click on new element)
• Comdlg comboxbox shows "default text"
• Even worse, if an item gets created once in this "default text" display, the "default text" folder gets created !
• Expected bahavior Comdlg comboxbox shows "test", and navigation goes to the correct folder strucuture
• Wine 11.18 is NOT affected
