Description
On a freshly compiled 64-bit ReactOS build (AMD64), it is impossible to launch any executable files in user mode.
When attempting to run either 64-bit (VBoxWindowsAdditions-amd64.exe) or 32-bit (VBoxWindowsAdditions-x86.exe) binaries, explorer.exe throws a "Machine Type Mismatch" error dialog stating:
"The image file ??\D:\... is valid, but is for a machine type other than the current machine."
This blocks the installation of essential drivers, including VirtualBox Guest Additions.

- ReactOS Version: 0.4.17-amd64-dev (Build 20261001-0.4.17-dev-966-gf06eace)
- Compiler: GCC 13.2.0 (RosBE 2.3.0 AMD64)
- Environment: VirtualBox VM (configured for x64 OS)

Steps to reproduce
1. Boot into ReactOS 0.4.17-amd64-dev desktop.
2. Insert VirtualBox Guest Additions ISO.
3. Try to execute either VBoxWindowsAdditions-amd64.exe or VBoxWindowsAdditions-x86.exe.
4. Observe the "Machine Type Mismatch" error blocking the execution.
