[desk.cpl] xscreensaverwin - Installed screensaver appears named as SCRNSAVE in desk.cpl

Attached the test with ReactOS 0.4.17 (nt6 build) and Vista.

• Expected: blocktube as the entry on combo box
• Actual: SCRNSAVE is shown
• Hypothesis to be verified (when time is available)

  desk.cpl's installscreensaver verb (used by the Install... button of the software) ust sets the screensaver with the full path on SCRNSAVE.EXE string value (not copying it on system32), but the desk.cpl screensaver combo box is enumerated initially by searching the *.scr files on the system32 folder, so it ends up with the blank name (while Windows adds also the current screensaver in the combo so the name is infeered by the filename)
