Video drivers are not being loaded properly

    Description

      Cirrus CL54xx driver, version 1.41 NT 4.0 fail during boot.

      Driver was installed by manual copying sys to system32/driver and dll to system32. Used registry entries from:
      http://www.reactos.org/wiki/index.php/QEMU_Video_Driver_(Cirrus_Logic_54xx)

      Driver is being loaded but produces following error message:
      (subsystems\win32\csrss\init.c:671) CSR: CsrServerInitialization: failed to initialize video (Status=c0000034)
