CreateWindowExW incompatible

Hi ppl:

I was creating a Window in ReactOS 0.1.4 using the class name but with a
lowercase name. In ROS it doesn't work but in Windows it works. So I beleive it
must be changed to uppercase those strings or maybe for each char when
calculating the hash code. I prefer the first choice because it won't degrade
performance so much as the second choice. I presume that CreateWindowW does it
too.
