    Description

      This bug is about any INNOSETUP-file (a lot Programs are packed with it, so it is a big problem )

      If you start such a setup (for Example Widelands-build10-Setup.exe) it first starts up normally, showing the languageselection. But after clicking on "OK" (it's unimportant, whether you choose another language or just leave it English) a button "Continue" (or translated) will appear.
      Clicking on the button or clicking doesn't do anything.
      In the first few seconds, you can still work on, open the startmenu or so, but after a few seconds whole ReactOS freezes.

      -> Normally instead of the button, the full wizard should come up, as it did in 0.3.0 - regression?
