    Description

      I think its useful to let Download! detect the System Language. This gives the
      possibility to let it load the Version of a app with the right language by
      adding different links to the XML.
      As example:
      http://ftp-mozilla.netscape.com/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/2.0.0.6/win32/de/
      http://ftp-mozilla.netscape.com/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/2.0.0.6/win32/en-US/
      http://ftp-mozilla.netscape.com/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/2.0.0.6/win32/fr/
      etc...
