Running out of user handles!

(subsystems\win32\win32k\ntuser\object.c:71) Out of user handles!

Many applications are affect by this problem, and if you try to use ros for a long period of time it will happen eventually anyway.

This will cause menus and dialogs to fail to display, applications may become unresponsive and new applications cannot be launched...

Known causers: mirc, taskmgr, anything else that redraws alot left for a long enough time.
