Logfiles for ROS to write to

It would be very helpful in locating problems and reporting bugs, especially for
those of us booting ROS on real hardware, if ReactOS could write errors and
messages to logfiles. I understand that currently the only way is to set the
debug port to a serial port, which makes it very hard especially when booting
real hardware. For logfiles think:

C:\reactos\log\error.log
C:\reactos\log\messages.log
etc...
