Mistaken timezone for Bulgaria.

    Description

      When during second stage installation "Bulgarian" is selected, the time zone is automatically set to (GMT+01:00) Sarajevo, Skopje, Warsaw, Zagreb
      The correct value is: (GMT+2) Helsinki, Kyiv, Sofia, Tallin, Vilnius
