Some bug with explorer.exe from react

    Description

      Sometime, some way permed to get some know...

      I have use mine Window XP, turn off the explorer.exe from microsoft windows... And then use the taskmgr.exe to start the explorer.exe from ReactOS 0.3.3-REL-Live.

      I know it a kind of hack, and it might not design for this kind of run, but I thing it might help you in some way a day...

      There is two bug that open in front of me:
      And, has me XP version is in french, I give you a translation of the bug...

      1: energy ton: explorer.exe - Entry Point unfindable
      The entry point of the process GetAdaptersAddresses is not findable in the Dynamic link library iphlpapi.dll

      2: explorer.exe - Entry point unfindable
      The entry point of the process QuerySecurityAccessMask is unfindable in the dynamic link library advapi32.dll
