win32k: support for other fonts types (FON, BDF and PCF)

Our freetype is compiled to support more font types besides TTF. In the WINE
source tree there is a tool called fnt2bdf so we might be able to extend
freetype to support old Windows style FNT files as well as extending ReactOS to
support fonts such as X Windows BDF and PCF fonts. These are not always the best
looking fonts but it would really help if we want to support other languages and
such with ReactOS.
