ReactOS live CD locks up when detecting hardware

I'm new to React OS, but I'm doing what I can - finding bugs.

I downloaded the latest LIVE cd last night and tried to load it on my notebook. I don't have the model number handy. I'll update this when I find it. The liveCD starts to load, and it gets to the GUI component. a box pops up that says "installing hardware" or something like that and then it locks up. I've removed all PCMCIA and USB devices and tried it again, and it does the same thing.

Like I said, I don't have the model number handy but I'll get it later tonight. I'll desscribe the notebook the best I can:

Gateway notebook. It has 512MB ram, 1.5ghz Intel pentium something. the notebook has a centrino chipset. It has Intel Extreme Graphics, lintel wireless, etc.
