    Description

      Hi,

Today, I tried installing the trunk version bootcd-32305-rel on qemu 0.9.1

The installation went well and after the reboot, it asked for the driver for Ethernet controller, so I gave the option "Search removable media" where I had kept the 8139 drivers downloaded from Realtek website.

It installed the driver ok. But after that, I'm not able to get the IP address to that adapter.

It can be verified by going to "Network Properties". There, when I click Properties, I get an error window.

Also, I tried making "TCP/IP" service Automatic and rebooted. Though the service came up properly at the reboot, I did not get the IP address for the adapter.

I want to know what additional components may be missing in the bootcd-32305-rel those can be added to CD before installation so that I can get the networking working

      Regards,

      Naresh
