Some updown controls goes wrong

Tested on 33003 under QEmu, For example:
In the Screensaver when I press up it goes up sometimes 1 minute and sometimes 2 minutes. Same as in the mouse wheel control.
In Hardware Profiles the problem is worst, if I press down it goes up and pressing up it goes down.
