Can't install additional language support

I tried ReactOS on virtualbox 1.6.0 (linux version 'on ubuntu')

In regional settings window, i wanted to customize my user locale settings!

so, customize --> language

I tried to check install files for complex script and ..., but nothing happened and the option wasn't checked!

Tired that with the second option 'for East Asian language' and it wasnt checked either!
