ACPI Fix
I recently tested ACPI on trunk and I've made a patch containing all the work I've done to get it to work properly.
Changes:
1. I added fdc.inf because now ACPI recognizes the fdc and needs a driver for it
2. I uncommented fastmutex stuff because it works fine
3. Then enable ACPI in pnpmgr
