Translate source archive

I have make a big translate to ReactOS, i hope it is possible to add this on sourceforge.net (either overwrite or add it a separate zip archive.

It will work å build it and make install cd.
If it is pussible to add to trunk, so will it be great.

It is a part update and new files, e.g
