    Description

      Icons can be selected without dragging a rectangle.

      Reproduction Steps:
      1. Right-click a icon.
      2. Right-click another icon.
      3. Left-click the same icon as in step 2.

      ReactOS Version: 0.3.5 Installation/Boot Image
