ERROR_SUCCESS when copying from the Programs menu

Created an attachment (id=3133)
ERROR_SUCCESS message in VMWare.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Boot up ReactOS bootcd-36644-dbg
2) Go to Start > Programs
3) Right-click on, for example, the ReactOS Explorer shortcut.
4) Select "Copy"
5) Left-Click on the dektop.

A messagebox with "ERROR_SUCCESS" appears. On closing it, a second, identical one appears, but no more after that.

This happens on both VMWare and QEMU.
