Boot.bat - Desktop/Explorer problem due to floppy.sys driver

In real hardware , the Explorer initialization stopped after displaying a green
screen and a grey bar at the bottom of the screen and then system hangs up . A
PC reset is required.
This problem is due to the floppy.sys driver.
After disabling the floppy.sys driver in the registry (hivesys.inf) , the
explorer initialization goes on and the desktop is displayed ( not perfectly)

As this problem is reproductible , no error messages are attached
