Irfanview setup does not work

With the current CVS build of Reactos ( + mfc42.dll and mfc42loc.dll) , the
Irfanview "iview391.exe" installation program does not work properly :

1) Irfanview setup is seen as "minimize" and a "maximize" must be done to have
the "Irfanview Seup" message box

2) Clicking on "Browse" button ,to select the destination folder, makes the
system freeze.
=> Minimize-Maximize work
=> Close (ALT-F4) does not work
=> A PC reset is required to close the setup.
