Smaller than expected Date-Time applet clock face.

Comparison with Win2000

The clock face on the right hand side of the Date-Time panel seems to be smaller than it should be (See the attached image for clarification). Perhaps the clock face is rendered using what should be the radius of the face as the diameter instead?
