DHCP failure on real hardware, with RTL8029

Tested with ROS rev.38230 (but this issue been present at least three weeks ago). Ros machine is PIII 850 Clayton board (intel chipset). I`m using stock ne2000 drivers, RTL 8029 is the same card, as QEMU is emulating. On real hardware though, i get ip 0.0.0.0 from DHCP plus state MEDIA_DISCONNECTED on ipconfig. Network setup is correct, as this setup works correctly when i set ip statically.
