explorer: SDI version redraws the file list twice at start

      The SDI version of the explorer redraws the file list twice for every item in the treeview that is on an higher level until it reaches its destination the rectos directory. This really slows the start of the explorer.

      +--C:\
      +---C:\ReactOS

      The MDI version does not do this.
