mIRC 6.33 broken

mIRC 6.33 is quite unusable in trunk.

Two screenshots demonstrating this:

You're unable to see what you type here as the Edit control seems to be totally
misplaced.

The treeview looks quite squashed here, this was not the case before.
Minor problem, but also a regression.

The regression range for 1) is between r35025 and r37062.
The one for 2) is between r37062 and r39184.
