Qemu: Cirrus GD vga causes blue screen

Since using the Cirrus GD54xx option (default on qemu 0.6+) causes a noticable
speedup with windows, I tried it with ReactOS, too.

[older qemu versions need -pci -cirrusvga to activate]

Tested with Reactos 0.2.4 with qemu preloaded.
