Installed applications list in add/remove software isn't correct after dirty shutdown.

    Description

      i tested it installing FF 2, FF 3 and codeblocks

      when i go to the Add/Remove software control panel applet, it says "no app installed"

      tested with r39773-bootcd under VBox 2.0.4
      host OS WinXP SP2
