WinRAR 3.80 causes the whole VBox VM crash

Gecko installation completes succesfully, and it also seems to do WinRAR installation

but when you arrive at the extension association window, the whole VM suddendly crashes

tested in VBox 2.0.6, host OS Windows XP SP2
revision 39768-bootcd
