Explorer - Strings in Start Menu not properly displayed

The start menu of explorer is not displayed correctly as only first letter of
start button and start menu items are shown .

For the test , the Explorer.exe has been build using the explorer makefile and
has been run by "explorer.exe" command
The Wine_Dlls snapshot from sed web site (wineros.zip) has been installed in
system32 directory

Note : I did not attached error messages as this problem is reproductible
