Xbox - Nvidia Graphics driver

Loading the windows binary Nvidia graphics driver on the Xbox may cause a
problem as reported by the xbox-linux team. It seems the binary Nvidia drivers
expect certain PCI bus IDs and they differ on the xbox. The solution may be to
have the HAL lie about the PCI IDs when running on the xbox.
