Videoprt ASSERT at 3rd stage startup when installing Voodoo 3 drivers

    Description

      Tested on rev. 40421, with my real hardware. I attempted to install Voodoo3 win2k/xp drivers via reactos.dff (putting driver files in correct locations, with driver inf in Inf dir).

      When booting to desktop in 3rd stage, at the time Voodoo driver should be loaded, ReactOS asserts:
