QIP Infium and IcoFX crashes

1) Install IcoFX 1.6 on VMWare 6.5.1 (without vmware video driver, 800x600, 16 bits; The bug does not appear in 32 bits mode).
2) Run it. Crash

QIP Infium falls similarly.
