desk.cpl -> screensaver, clicking on options hangs applet

Open desk.cpl, click on screensaver, select Logon Screensaver, now click on settings, you'll get a message saying no options are available, click on ok, now the applet doesn't respond, you'll see the previous message half drawn on the applet.
