Regression: Floppy doesn't work in real hardware.

    Description

      Official 40556.
      If I try to access the floppy drive from cmd by doing A:, I get "invalid drive", it doesn't appear either in NTOBJ from explorer. HW: IBM PC 6563-42G for a debug log see attachment 3842 from CORE-4057.
      It doesn't work since at least 40073.
