Microsoft Office Excel Viewer 2003 doesn't start

Created an attachment (id=3910)
Install+Launch

Tested in r40786
1)Install MOEV2003 from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/info.aspx?na=90&p=&SrcDisplayLang=en&SrcCategoryId=&SrcFamilyId=c8378bf4-996c-4569-b547-75edbd03aaf0&u=http%3a%2f%2fdownload.microsoft.com%2fdownload%2f9%2fe%2ff%2f9ef13e5d-2116-40de-ab97-310811f0f3ca%2fxlviewer.exe

2)Installer says MOEV2003 has installed correctly.

3)Launch the APP.

The App doesnt start.
Looking the DebugLog i have realized some issues:
A)DLLs:
(dll/ntdll/ldr/utils.c:2132) Relocating (30c90000 -> 30F50000) C:\Archivos de programa\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\office11\mso.dll

But there isnt any DLL called mso.dll in Office11 folder

B)DLLs:
(dll/ntdll/ldr/utils.c:2069) Failed to create or open dll section of 'C:\Archivos de programa\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1034\xlvintl.dll'

There isnt any folder called 1034,just one called 1033.So it´s a little bit difficult to open a ghost dll

The DebugLog attached is the Installation+Launching after the Install is complete.
