print module name and function name when raise a wine exception with 0x80000100

Created an attachment (id=3997)
Prints the wine error

print the modelname and functionname when raise a wine exception with 0x80000100
This occure when a function is not implemented and just stubed.

This helps a lot when reactos crash with a the exceptioncode 0x80000100.
