      Created an attachment (id=4043)
      fix for 8th 9th and 10th _ecvt test

      Hi!

      msvcrt_winetest printf fails on tests about the floating point implementation. The attached patch fix the 8th, 9th and 10th test for _ecvt, about the representation of 0.0
