HACK: serial: IOCTL_SERIAL_GET_HANDFLOW - can't read serial port

I wanted to debug ROS from another computer with ReactOS on it, I have tried several programs but I never got anything from the com port.
I tried:

Putty: It opens but doesn't show anything in the terminal window, if you close it and open it again it says it can't open com port.

Terraterm: It opens but doesn't show anything in the terminal window.

Last one, with source code from SF, is FunTerm (see URL), it says it can't open com port.

This prevents us from debbuging ros from another ReactOS PC.

I have tried two or more programs I don't remember their names right now.

Trying the same revision in debug version I see:
(drivers/serial/serial/devctrl.c:417) IOCTL_SERIAL_GET_HANDFLOW not implemented.
